Cell Phone Etiquette

I want you to turn off your cell phone!

I wish I had the courage to yell this out to people who are needlessly using their cell phone. In the most private of places, the bathroom, it is very annoying to hear someone conversation as you are seeking peace and quiet. If you must speak use a soft voice or simply step out of the room for privacy. Privacy is losing its place in our society.

Welcome to my ESL: Help's on the way.

This blog will be addressing grammar and most of its mysteries. You and I have a lot in common as we start this experiment. I will be learning about the new technology of blogging and you will learn about English grammar.

There is an old proverb that says, "Patience is a virtue." This is an adage that I hope we will all keep in mind as we learn and explore the world of blogging and English grammar. I am very excited and enthusiastic knowing I will be using all my creative talents to make this blog interesting as well as informative. Still there are bound to be moments that the information needed may not be available or difficult to find. So please be patient. Once I become more familiar with this new form of communication, the more fun we will have.

For the moment I leave you with no exercises but I do welcome you and I hope we will learn a lot together.
